If your order has not yet been approved by the pharmacist, you may cancel by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
If your consultation is declined on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fees within 5 to 10 working days.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect item being received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly.
